Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client needs, implementing CRM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. This will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:
Lead cross-functional teams in securing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, managing the full program lifecycle—including estimating, scoping, solution design, proposal development, implementation, change management, and post-go-live ( hypercare ) support.
Oversee data migration, security, and compliance activities, embedding best practices to achieve regulatory and operational excellence within Dynamics CRM environments.
