We are currently seeking a Junior EHS Advisor to join our team, working on a rotational basis for projects in Europe. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an EHS professional to gain hands-on experience across environmental, health and safety activities within a fast-paced engineering and construction environment. Working closely with the EHS Manager and wider project teams, you will contribute to the implementation of EHS management systems, support compliance activities and gain practical experience across a range of live projects. The role offers exposure to site operations, risk management, auditing, training and continuous improvement initiatives, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in Environmental, Health and Safety.

Responsibilities-
Assist with the development of site-specific RAMS for planned works from project commencement through to completion

Maintain and update EHS documentation, ensuring records are accurate and readily accessible

Support the implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems across projects

Monitor compliance against project-specific requirements and maintain relevant performance records

Coordinate EHS documentation and reporting requirements to support project delivery

Contribute to the delivery of EHS training and awareness initiatives across projects

Promote a positive safety culture and support the company’s commitment to achieving zero incidents

Attend site meetings and assist with the identification of EHS risks, trends and improvement opportunities

Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations, supporting the implementation of corrective actions

Prepare and deliver toolbox talks aligned with project requirements and audit findings

Collaborate with the wider EHS team to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements-
A level 7 diploma in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant EHS experience within engineering, construction, or a similar industry would be advantageous.

Demonstrated commitment to developing and progressing within the Environmental Health and Safety prefession.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
