Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working with Google Ads and Google Measurement solutions, or with participant platforms in the industry.
Experience working with C-level stakeholders, both internal and external.
Experience leveraging product insights, insights gleaned from customer feedback, and external market trends.
Ability to communicate in English language in order to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong product measurement knowledge and experience pitching and activating measurement solutions such as 1PA, GA4, ECL, ECW or GTG with understanding of our GCS organisation and how to activate sellers on products.
Demonstrated thought leadership and structured problem solving, with the ability to work on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
Ability to set own strategy, prioritize and allocate resources to highest impact initiatives and projects.
Ability to communicate in an additional language fluently to support client relationship management across EMEA.
Strong communication skills and adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders from sellers to executives to adopt complex measurement solutions.

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

Help craft and realise our GTM activation strategy to drive Agency and customer measurement solutions adoption.
Expert in holistic, modern measurement and reporting solutions, including engaged market positioning and technical requirements. Experience pitching foundational measurement solutions highly preferred (Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Enhanced Conversions for Leads (EC4L), Google Tag Gateway (GTG), Content Moderation Specialist (CoMo), 1P Analytics Team (1PA)).
Activate top opportunities on a named account list via co-pitches, pre-pitch support.
Work cross-functionally - and regionally (incl. global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption. Support customer events in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.
Identify roadblocks in seller or Agency workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations (e.g., RSO, gTech) to solve these challenges and help sellers pitch more effectively.
