We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team in South Dublin. This is a key role responsible for the effective planning, coordination, management, and delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Take overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination, and delivery of works on site.
Supervise and coordinate the concrete works team, ensuring all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) requirements are met.
Ensure all technical requirements and specifications of the project are delivered to the required standards.
Manage site resources effectively, including subcontractors, plant, materials, and labour.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure works are completed in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review tender and contract information and provide input into potential construction solutions and methodologies.
Monitor progress on site and work closely with the project team to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
Attend project, site, and specialist subcontractor meetings as required.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout the project.

What You’ll Bring

Relevant construction qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar construction management role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations.
Experience managing subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
Strong understanding of construction health and safety requirements and SHEQ procedures.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
A valid Safe Pass and relevant construction-related qualifications.
