About the Role

Innopharma are creating a standalone Recruitment and Admissions department and are seeking to hire an experienced Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager to build the full cycle sales function and customer journey. This will involve development of the company CRM, scripting, training and recruitment of sales agents. This role would suit someone with previous experience as a sales team leader, seeking to advance to the next level of their career.

Key Responsibilities

Establishment of new centralised sales team, migrating existing knowledge and resources from across the business into one team that are responsible for selling the full range of the company’s educational offerings.
Creation of all processes and procedures; workflow, scripts, training.
Design of the KPIs required to operate a best-in-class function and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and drive results.
Configuration and enhancement of company CRM to a more sales centric system.
Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to team’s members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Provide regular performance reports to management detailing team progress, challenges and achievements.
Proactively implement process improvement improving the efficiency of the team and the overall custom experience.
Undertake recruitment and admissions calls as required.
Assist with additional responsibilities, projects, and duties as business needs evolve.

Skills and Experience

Essential

2 years’ experience in a fast-paced Call Centre environment with previous responsibility for achieving revenue or conversion targets.
Previous experience leading a high performing team of Sales Executives.
Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently deliver results.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, highly accountable, and comfortable working independently.
Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Desirable

Experience within higher education, professional training, recruitment, or a related sector.
Understanding of student admissions processes and education funding options.
Previous experience mentoring, managing, or developing team members.
Experience building or scaling sales processes within a growing organisation.

€55,000.00 basic per annum, €65,000.00 OTE
