Join The Maritime Hotel, a prestigious 4-star destination within The Gleneagle Group, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive part-time Night Porter to become a vital part of our welcoming team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our guests receive outstanding service and enjoy a secure, comfortable stay throughout the night. This dynamic position involves weekend shifts, with occasional day shifts offering variety and further opportunities to contribute to our hotel's success. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, efficient, and personalised service, anticipating and responding to guest needs with professionalism.
Assist guests with luggage, provide accurate directions, and expertly handle a wide range of enquiries.
Efficiently manage night reception duties, including seamless check-ins and check-outs.
Proactively support guest requirements, from arranging transport to ensuring amenities are readily available.
Uphold the highest standards of hotel and guest security, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles is preferred.
A naturally friendly, proactive individual capable of working independently while upholding our high service standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
