The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as a Supervisor in Manufacturing.As a supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a production team operating on one of our shifts to support our overall Business Units that operate 24/7. This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, develop concepts and approaches, review production performance and results, and make decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved. This job spends a significant amount of time leading a production team.<div>Back End Night shift: This role is on a 12-hour night shift (7:00pm – 7:00am)<div>Every Friday to Sunday and alternate ThursdaysFollowing a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule.Shift Premium:30% shift premium (Friday – Sunday)25% for Thursday shift only</div></div>Where you come in: This list contains tasks that are typically associated with the job.
