We are looking for an innovative Senior Product Experience Designer who is passionate about creating software experiences that amplify the value of Logitech hardware.

You are equally comfortable designing device customization experiences, workflow tools, automation systems, SDK experiences, developer-facing tools, and AI-powered capabilities.

In this role, you will:
- Design software experiences for MX Creative Keypad, MX Creative Dialpad, and future workflow-focused Logitech products.
- Create intuitive experiences that help users discover, customize, and master their devices.
- Design scalable interaction patterns that seamlessly connect physical controls with software experiences.
- Design experiences that help users work faster, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new ways of working.
- Explore interaction models that combine hardware, software intelligence, and contextual workflows.
- Create experiences that support creators, professionals, developers, and power users across a variety of applications and platforms
- Design integrations, plugins, actions, SDK experiences, and extensibility frameworks that connect Logitech products to broader user workflows.
- Help define how Logitech products interact with third-party applications, services, AI models, and developer ecosystems.
- Contribute to experiences that enable developers, partners, and creators to build on top of Logitech platforms.
- Explore future concepts around AI, automation, personalization, workflow acceleration, and intelligent experiences.
- Design AI-powered features that feel useful, trustworthy, and intuitive.
- Partner with engineering teams to explore emerging technologies and new interaction paradigms.
- Use AI-powered design tools and modern prototyping workflows to accelerate exploration, validation, and communication.
- Build interactive prototypes that help teams evaluate ideas before development.
- Leverage tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, Figma Make, or similar platforms to move rapidly from concepts to working experiences.
- Help evolve Logitech's design practices through new design-engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Hardware Designers, and Business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present design work clearly and confidently to teams and senior leadership.
- Advocate for user-centered solutions by balancing business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs.
Facilitate cross-functional ideation sessions and workshops.

- Strong UX design experience with expertise in consumer-facing desktop and mobile software applications.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, hierarchy, motion, and interface design.
- Skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences.
- Experience designing accessible products and applying WCAG guidelines.
- Ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity, from concept exploration to production-ready design.
- Experience designing software experiences that connect hardware, software, services, and ecosystems.
- Ability to think holistically across end-to-end user journeys and product ecosystems.
- Interest in workflow automation, productivity tools, extensibility platforms, developer experiences, and connected services.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools as part of the design process.
- Familiarity with modern design-engineering and rapid prototyping workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Comfortable building interactive prototypes that go beyond traditional wireframes and static mockups.
- Interest in agentic workflows, AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging design technologies.
- Ability to rapidly explore, validate, and communicate ideas through working prototypes.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Dev Mode.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes using both design and code-based approaches.
- Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Swift, Python, or similar technologies are a strong plus.
- Understanding of software development processes and engineering workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and contribute to design-engineering discussions.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Experience presenting design work to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems.
