Marketing Coordinator - REF 2634
Fingleton White is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage and enhance our online presence across digital and social media platforms. The successful candidate will support the delivery of digital marketing strategies that increase engagement, strengthen brand awareness, improve search and AI visibility, and support recruitment, commercial activity and business development activity. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content, analysing performance and helping shape our digital presence as the business continues to grow.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Website, SEO and GEO: Keep our website fresh and engaging with the latest projects, and content, using SEO and GEO to strengthen search performance, digital presence and AI visibility
- Content planning: Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, internal newsletters and marketing campaigns to keep activity organised and engaging
- Marketing coordination: Manage the marketing inbox, track incoming requests and keep the marketing planner up to date, coordinating with teams, suppliers and partners
- Brand visibility: Support recruitment, sponsorships and company initiatives that promote our brand and highlight our work
- External events: Coordinate with internal teams on event planning, marketing collateral and promotional content for external events
- Tender and business support: Prepare clear, professional presentations, project sheets, brochures and marketing materials to support tenders, business development and wider marketing activity
- Reporting and analytics: Track website and social media performance, turning results into clear reports and useful insights that help shape future marketing activity
- Creative content: Create engaging graphics, brochures and marketing materials that bring our brand and projects to life

This role is based in our Portlaoise office, with hybrid and flexible working available in line with company policy. Travel to other sites or events may be required.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years' experience in marketing, communications or social media coordination is preferred
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics and audience engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation and storytelling
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, WordPress, GA4, Microsoft Clarity and digital content creation tools such as Canva
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests, competing priorities and busy deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and a proactive approach
