Our strength is our Direct Sales Force of which we have the largest in Ireland with over 100 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Marketing Support to join our growing Product and Marketing Team.
Your Mission!
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to work with a global company. In the role as a successful hire, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales performance. The role holder will focus on ensuring the right product, price, place, and promotional activities are aligned to achieve goals and customer needs. The candidate must be innovative, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to work hard in a fast paced and diverse role. They must also work well within a collaborative team as well as on their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
1. Offering & Development
-
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.

Introduce new products into the Irish market.

Work within with the product lifecycle to identify rising stars as well as end of line.

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our brand, products and services.

Ensure brand consistency and value proposition alignment across all marketing materials.
2. Competitiveness
-
Collaborate with cross functional teams, managing campaigns across the company and via sales channels.

Working with big data to identify trends in product behaviour & price.
-
Monitor sales performance across regions and channels to optimize reach and efficiency and feedback results and observations.
3. Distribution and Channel Management
-
Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams.
-
Ensure product availability in the right place at the right time.
4. Communication & Engagement
-
Managing direct mail, newsletter, brochure and advertising campaigns
-
Co-ordination and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

Support event planning and execution, including Conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.

Design and delivery of product training to employees and addressing technical queries.
-
Manage advertising and public relations initiatives to boost brand awareness.

Complete field visits within shops, travel with salespeople and attend meetings and conferences as required.

Develop a network within the Wurth Group to leverage expertise and ensure best practice is adhered to that Group policy and procedure is maintained.

Any other duties that fall into the remit of the marketing function or that the company may require.
Requirements
-
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a must.

Good understanding of marketing principles.

InDesign graphic experience an advantage.

Strong Excel skill and Database skills is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, multimedia, or a related field or relevant professional qualification desirable but not essential.
