We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 90 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.

We're looking for two motivated and analytical graduates to join our Sales Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll work on high-impact projects that improve how we support our sales teams, using data to identify insights, solve problems, and drive better business decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment while developing valuable analytical and project management skills.
What you'll do

Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Support the delivery of key Sales Operations projects from planning through to implementation.

Build reports and dashboards to help inform business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and other business functions.

Present insights and recommendations clearly to a range of audiences.

Help improve processes and identify efficiencies through data-driven analysis.
What we're looking for

A recent graduate (or graduating this year) with a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confidence working with data and spreadsheets (Excel essential; experience with Power BI or similar is an advantage).

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
