Summary

This role will involve providing competent support for all items relating to continuing airworthiness activities on behalf of third-party customers and internal requirements. Main duties include but not limited to: technical records management, creation of AMPs, aircraft phase in / out, creation of work packs, assisting with work preparation for maintenance events and the subsequent work pack processing after maintenance completion.

Responsibilities

An extensive understanding and working knowledge of EASA Part CAMO activities – the candidate will hold practical experience in this environment
Part CAMO and SMS working knowledge and an understanding of EASA Part 145
Knowledge of occurrence reporting both Mandatory and Voluntary
Assisting CAMO staff in the interpretation of regulatory matters and, in addition to scheduled audits, supporting continued compliance with Part M and Part CAMO
Working knowledge of aircraft (airframe / engine) maintenance records
Experienced in the use of the following; AMM, CMM, IPC, WDM, SPWM, SRM, SL
Assessing all Technical Publications, ADs, SBs, STC’s Repair Files, etc
Supporting aircraft maintenance activities, work packs, planning and forecasts
Experience with storage programs, reactivation and EOL workscopes
Understanding of MEL items and their application
Experience with maintenance planning, MPDs, MRBs and AMP approval
Aircraft fleet entry / exit, registration changes, flight permits
Support continued development of internal processes and procedures
Understanding of the ARC issuance and renewal process
EASA Air Ops & FAR 121 compliance reviews
Creating and maintaining storage programs
Familiarity with EASA, FAA, 2-REG, BCCA, Cayman requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

Engineering Degree or holder of an EASA B1 or B2 maintenance license, or equivalent
Proven Airbus and Boeing aircraft experience essential
Attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of QPulse and CAMO / Maintenance systems experience (OASES, AMOS or similar)
Computer literate and proficient with MS Office products
Flexible, quick thinker and proactive problem solver
Experience in maintaining a CAMO exposition (CAME) and procedures
Self-motivated, detail orientated and quality driven.
Minimum 5 years experience working within a CAMO role
Experience in managing non-operational aircraft owners / lessors desirable

Travel / Misc

A Dublin based hybrid role with occasional travel overseas

Reports to: AVP Aircraft Services

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out any other duties allocated that are appropriate to the grade and nature of this post. Job Descriptions may be reviewed and discussed annually in line with the Staff Appraisal Scheme.
