Chef de Partie - Catering Kitchen | Santry

Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering kitchen in Santry.

This is more than just a kitchen role - it's an opportunity to be part of a high-performing catering team delivering exceptional food at scale. Our catering division is at the heart of what we do, producing premium food for private events, corporate functions, and elite sporting organisations, including top-tier clients across Ireland. From match-day catering to large-scale events, you'll be working in an environment where quality, consistency, and creativity matter every single day.

What you'll be doing:

Running your own section within a busy catering kitchen
Preparing high-quality dishes to standard recipes and client specifications
Contributing to large-scale event and corporate catering production
Working closely with kitchen management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
Maintaining excellent standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation
Supporting menu innovation and keeping up with current food trends
Adapting to a variety of tasks throughout your shift as required

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A passion for food innovation and creativity
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confidence in coordinating timings and working to order

Requirements:

HACCP Level 2 (minimum)
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events
Strong attendance and punctuality
Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and company standards
Professional presentation and adherence to hygiene guidelines
