Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT.
3 years of experience leading client-facing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in a wide range of industries including Apps and Gaming.
Deep and technical understanding of Marketing Measurement, including familiarity with industry-wide solutions to help Customers drive optimal ROI from their investments.
Proven track record of building high-impact relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes and client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the marketplace.
Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to effectively communicate in this customer-facing sales role, with the ability to grow amid ambiguity and operate effectively in complex environments.

In this role, you will manage a team responsible for a large portfolio of customers. Your key responsibilities will be to lead and coach a high-performing sales team that can sell and achieve ambitious sales goals and growth quotas. You will act as a role model for your team by co-pitching high-value opportunities to customers. In addition, you need to be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to motivate an executive team and role model a engaged sales mindset and combine this with an ability to take an analytical approach to sales management.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €132000 - €135000 (EUR) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Deliver against assigned revenue goals, overall sales metrics, and quarterly goals by guiding teams to drive marketing efficiency and secure incremental investments. Ensure key plans are executed and robust recovery plans are implemented when necessary.
Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, advocating a culture of fun while investing in regular coaching, feedback, and career growth.
Build high-impact relationships across Apps, Gaming, Finance, and Technology brands, serving as a role model by pitching high-value opportunities directly to customers.
Maintain deep knowledge of the advertising landscape and consumer trends to offer thought leadership, advising clients on best practices that drive business outcomes.
Analyze data, trends, and client performance to build robust strategic plans for customers, while ensuring quarterly and long-term regional business plans are successfully established.
