- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working on critical infrastructure projects related to process improvements.
- 5 years of experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using RTDS, OPAL-RT, or similar platforms.
- 5 years of experience in protection and control engineering.
- Experience with mission critical systems (24x7 and no-fail) and operations (e.g., power generation, data center, refinery, chip fabrication, chemical plant processing, etc.).
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Experience writing control code and control system programming.
- Experience using electrical transient analysis software such as ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD.
- Knowledge of IT server and network system supporting data center services.
- Ability to perform closed loop testing on protection and control systems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €110000 - €112000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Define data center system-level, product architecture, and research and development, while helping to develop operations and maintenance procedures for systems/processes.
- Conduct engineering analysis and research designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities.
- Ensure designs and installations meet requirements (e.g., predicted cooling, structural, operational concerns, etc.).
- Investigate and integrate renewable power generation and carbon-free storage technologies, developing innovative ways to protect and control these new energy frontiers.
- Act as the technical lead for execution and field testing teams, driving the commissioning efforts for complex power system protection schemes.
