About the Role
As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will lead the overall delivery of healthcare construction projects across our portfolio. You will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring that all builds are completed to the high-quality standards associated with Townlink. The position involves collaborating effectively with essential project partners to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the successful delivery of Healthcare Construction Projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Liaise closely with the client, design teams, subcontractors, and facility managers to ensure minimal disruption to live hospital or primary care operations.
Implement and monitor strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, paying particular attention to dust and infection control protocols required in medical settings.
Develop, maintain, and drive detailed Project Programmes to ensure the timely achievement of all critical milestones.
Maintain rigorous Quality Control procedures, managing the inspection process through to a zero-defect completion.
Manage the comprehensive handover process, ensuring all O&M manuals, safety files, and statutory certifications are fully prepared and compliant for the client.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Project Management role, specifically focused on Healthcare or Clinical Facilities.
A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
In-depth knowledge of Irish healthcare building regulations and standards.
Exceptional Leadership and Communication skills, with the proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and demanding stakeholder requirements.
Proficiency in modern IT systems and Construction Management Software.
