Full job description

This role will require you to be office based 4 days per week in Dublin City

Package - €40k basic (€70k OTE - Uncapped) + benefits

You’ll join a sales floor where the heavy lifting is already done, so your focus is simple: conversations, and booking meetings that move deals forward.

This is a front-line role in a cybersecurity SaaS scale-up with a small, high-performing BDR team. Two of the current BDRs are progressing, and you’ll step into a proven territory with clear momentum.

You’ll sell into technical buyers in mid-market organisations, engaging CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Security Architects building commercial confidence quickly.

The motion is phone-led, with 60 70% of meetings coming from calls. You’ll be trained properly: working closely with an experienced Sales Development Manager and shadowing a top BDR in your first month.

The process is strong. Research, contact data, and email sequences are AI supported, so you spend less time on admin and more time on smart outreach and booking meetings.

What you'll own:

Prospect into UKI target accounts using AI-supported research
Run outbound across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn (phone is key)
Qualify inbound leads from a free web tool and convert where relevant
Engage technical buyers and uncover real pain points
Book meetings and create stage-two opportunities for AEs
Track activity and results accurately in CRM and outreach tools
Work closely with AEs, Marketing, and leadership to refine messaging
Be the first impression for new prospects engaging with the brand

A bit about you:

2+ years of professional experience (sales helps but isn’t essential)
Fluent German speaker
Confidence speaking with senior, technical stakeholders
Willingness to cold call and improve through coaching
Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly
Curiosity to learn cybersecurity and connect it to business value
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or Sales Navigator (or ability to learn fast)
