About the role

As a Shopper Marketing & Activation Executive, you will help bring Reckitt brands to life across retail and pharmacy environments throughout Ireland. You will transform brand and commercial strategies into engaging in-store experiences that make it easier for shoppers to find, choose, and buy our products.

Working closely with Brand, Sales, Category, and Operations teams, you will deliver impactful activations, point-of-sale materials, and in-store communications that drive visibility, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, shopper understanding, and project management to influence how leading brands show up in store.

Your responsibilities

Develop and deliver point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store communications for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
Support the creation of engaging shopper activation plans across retail and pharmacy customers.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all in-store touchpoints.Use shopper insights and behaviours to inform messaging, navigation, and activation strategies.
Support the development of fixtures, signage, displays, and navigation solutions that improve the shopping experience.
Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, Category, Operations, and Digital teams to deliver integrated activation plans.
Contribute to retail media, digital activation, and in-store innovation opportunities.
Conduct store visits to evaluate execution, gather insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with field teams to maintain high standards of in-store execution.
Manage activation budgets, supplier relationships, and project timelines to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Brief and coordinate creative, production, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class activation materials.

The experience we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, FMCG, customer activation, or a similar commercial role.
Experience delivering in-store marketing campaigns and point-of-sale materials.
Understanding of retail environments and shopper behaviour.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively with external suppliers, agencies, or production partners.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or pharmacy sectors is advantageous.
Knowledge of the Irish retail and pharmacy landscape is beneficial.
A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is welcome.
