Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to join our Irish based AXA Global Healthcare team as Financial Payments and Collections Assistant, reporting into the Assistant Operations Manager – EU, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks for the finance function, such as - invoicing, analysis, reconciliation and query resolution on a day-to-day basis you will also be involved in the premium collections for EU business within AGH.

Starting with a basic salary of €31,000

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:

Prompt and accurate allocation of payments received.
Investigate customer and broker queries in a timely manner to support early resolution and debt settlement.
Invoicing for Large Corporate Groups
Financial analysis completed in line with SLAs.
Controlling and reporting on debt levels.
Actively chase overdue premium debt, ensuring weekly and monthly collection targets are met
Maintaining a structured approach around all activities in ensuring recovery of the debt
Prompt resolution of queries arising from external customer contact

Escalation to Manager of control failures and business issues
Clearing of diary daily

About You/What we’re looking for:

2 years office experience – preferably within an Operational Finance or Customer Service environment
Proven experience of working in a financial admin function
High attention to detail
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Able to convey ideas confidently and clearly through email and phone interactions
You can stay organized, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Challenging and enquiring mindset

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.

This recruitment campaign will be used to support permanent, temporary, and/or extensions for any upcoming similar positions.
