Position: Front Desk Administrator required for a reception role with facilities experience based in Cork city. Monday to Friday (site based role)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with property tenants, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

2-3 years’ minimum experience as a front of house Receptionist & Facilities Administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and good work ethic

Pay: From €34,000.00 per year
