The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Sales & Bid Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing and finance teams to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Responsibilities;
- Overall accountability for customer sales and new business development

Research, identify, target and secure new business opportunities

Manage the business development team and sales pipeline

Manage and undertake local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.
- Draft bids & tender proposals for prospective clients

Contributing to and assisting with the implementation of the annual sales strategies
- Gather and maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development
- Gather and feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders
- Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.
Lead ad-hoc Operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.

Proven Business Development / Sales Experience

Proven financial and commercial experience
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in sales / CRM platforms
- Proficiency in power point / presentations
- Experience within bids & proposals
Requirements;
Full EU Driving Licence (0 Points / Insurance Claims)
Ability to drive a manual vehicle
Basic Security Authority License- Static, PSA license
Minimum 6 months driving experience within Ireland
English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
Basic IT Skills
