The salary for this role is set at €29,030.
This is a 6-month work placement experience, and investment will be made in your personal and professional development throughout the course of the programme.

The Deloitte Aspire Programme, launched in 2020, supports professionals in the international protection process and under temporary protection to develop their career in the professional services industry and expand employment opportunities in Ireland.
Deloitte partners with the Irish Refugee Council, Business in the Community Ireland, Open Doors, Nasc and DLA Piper to offer a 6-month work placement across our business. During the 6-month period, participants are supported to deliver impactful work on client and internal projects and gain experience within the Irish market. Participants will also partake in coaching to explore career growth areas and join our community to build a network.
This 6-month work placement with Deloitte Ireland will begin from October 2026. Successful candidates will be paid for duration of the work placement.

Throughout the 6-month placement, you will use your professional experience and skills to work in multidisciplinary teams alongside other Deloitte professionals to help our clients with strategic transformation projects.
Typical responsibilities include:
Support project and client delivery
Deliver insights and drive change
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Manage communication and stakeholder engagement
Use and develop technology and consulting skills

Confident using common business tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Curious, resilient and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies, tools and ways of working, and aligned with Deloitte values of respect, integrity, inclusion and collaboration.
This programme is specifically designed to support professionals in the international protection process and under temporary protection. To be eligible, you must currently have the right to work in Ireland under one of the following permissions:
You will be asked to provide documentation confirming your permission/visa type at screening stage, and you must be currently residing in Ireland to apply.
Candidates are required to be of legal working age for the republic of Ireland.
