About The Role

Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Location: Multiple sites across the Limerick Region

Contract: Permanent | 48 Hours per Week

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 DOE + Benefits

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple client sites in the Limerick region. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader with a proven track record in operations management, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Operations Manager :

Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites.
Lead, motivate, and develop site management and security teams.
Ensure contractual KPIs, service standards, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Manage resources, staffing levels, budgets, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and security regulations.

Key Requirements of the Security Operations Manager :

Previous experience in a Security Operations Manager, Area Manager, Contract Manager, or similar leadership role.
PSA Licence required.
Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing multiple sites and operational performance.
Commercial awareness with budget management experience.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Full clean driving licence - Essential
