Job Title: Security Operations Manager
Location: Multiple sites across the Limerick Region
Contract: Permanent | 48 Hours per Week
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 DOE + Benefits
Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple client sites in the Limerick region. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader with a proven track record in operations management, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality security services.
Key Responsibilities of the Security Operations Manager :
- Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites.
- Lead, motivate, and develop site management and security teams.
- Ensure contractual KPIs, service standards, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage resources, staffing levels, budgets, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and security regulations.
Key Requirements of the Security Operations Manager :
- Previous experience in a Security Operations Manager, Area Manager, Contract Manager, or similar leadership role.
- PSA Licence required.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple sites and operational performance.
- Commercial awareness with budget management experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Full clean driving licence - Essential
