Full job description

Objective (Across UAT and Go-Live)

Proficiently utilise multiple systems applications to drive the operational performance of the site.
Order release management into the warehouse pick environment
Real time troubleshooting
Monitoring the Execution of the Wave Management process
Monitoring of replenishments
Adhere/ Chasing of pick sequencing/ routes
Responsible for the outbound process to ensure customer orders are dispatched
Reporting and closing all defects in the UAT steps

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete all UAT scenarios as assigned by line manager

Escalation of issues through documented escalation procedure
Identifying areas of improvement in day-to-day Operations

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum Honors Degree in an Engineering discipline
3- 4 years prior Process engineering experience
Experience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors an advantage
Lean six sigma qualification an advantage
