Our 11 business units work together as a One Keelings team, sharing our knowledge and expertise with our colleagues and partners. As a team we are continually striving to make food and what we all eat better, through what we grow, the quality improvements and innovations we make.

Graduates join on a two year fixed terms contract and are placed into a role aligned to their Degree/Masters level education, across one our six Irish business units. Whilst learning vital 'on the job' skills, graduates will be supported by a Keelings Group wide graduate development programme, project initiatives and social activities.
