About the Customer Success Manager :

MarketStar is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our newest client, a global media and technology company. In this CSM role, you will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, helping clients successfully onboard, activate, and grow their campaigns. You will build strong relationships with advertisers, provide strategic guidance and performance insights, monitor account health and retention, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive customer success, account growth, and long-term value.

Location: Leopardstown , Dublin 18

What Will You Do?

Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies.
Manage a book of UA advertiser accounts
Support onboarding readiness and account activation
Nurture advertiser relationships and drive account health
Monitor account activity , retention risks, and growth signals
Provide strategic guidance and performance insights
Coordinate escalations and follow-through with Comcast stakeholders
Track active accounts, retention, churn, and spend/account growth

What Will You Need to Succeed?

Fluent in English and Mandarin
2-3 years of CSM, account management, or client support experience
Digital ads, ad buying, or platform experience preferred
Ability to support standard business hours aligned to location
Experience managing customer relationships and account health
Strong consultative communication and follow-through skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM/account notes
Comfortable joining client and internal calls professionally

Compensation Range: €52,000 EUR - €62,000 EUR

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of € 52 ,000 with an additional variable bonus component of € 10 ,000 . There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
