- We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef who is passionate about food and eager to develop a career in fine dining. Working closely with Adam Nevin (Executive Chef), the senior kitchen team, and experienced chefs across all sections, you will gain hands-on experience in a professional and ambitious culinary environment while developing the skills required to progress your career.

About The Role
The Role

Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.

Support chefs across different sections of the kitchen as required.

Prepare ingredients and mise en place for service.

Ensure food is handled, stored and prepared in accordance with food safety and HACCP requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.

Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste.

Learn and develop key culinary techniques under the guidance of the senior kitchen team.

Support the smooth operation of service through teamwork and attention to detail.

Contribute positively to a culture of professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement.
The ideal person has:

Previous kitchen experience in a fine dining or Michelin restaurant ideally.

A recognised culinary qualification is desirable, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

A genuine passion for food and hospitality.

A desire to learn and develop a long-term career as a chef.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
