We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie who is passionate about fine dining and committed to pursuing excellence.
Working closely with Adam Nevin (Executive Chef) and the senior kitchen team, you will take responsibility for your section and contribute to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through skill, creativity and meticulous attention to detail. About The Role
The Role

Take ownership of your designated section and ensure its smooth day-to-day operation.

Prepare and present dishes to the highest fine dining standards with consistency and precision.

Work closely with the senior kitchen team to execute menus and service at an exceptional level.

Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and portion control.

Support the development of new dishes and menu items.

Ensure all food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards are consistently followed.

Assist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising waste within your section.

Support and mentor Commis Chefs and junior team members.

Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous learning.
The ideal person has:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining restaurant.

A recognised culinary qualification is desirable, though equivalent fine dining experience will also be considered.

Excellent culinary skills and strong attention to detail.

Passion for ingredient-led, seasonal and contemporary cuisine.

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing your section
