Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse operations. Working closely with colleagues across the site, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, received, sorted, and dispatched while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and processes.

Support the safe loading and unloading of goods while following company procedures and quality standards.

Receive, check, store, and organise stock to ensure products are handled securely and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, team leaders, and management to maintain effective communication across the operation.

Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, contributing to a positive workplace for everyone.

Support goods-in activities, including the receipt of palletised and containerised deliveries.

Adapt to changing business needs and assist with a variety of warehouse tasks as required.

Who You Are:

You have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or similarly active environment.

You are committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.

You are comfortable working as part of a team and building positive working relationships with others.

You can adapt to changing priorities and support different operational needs when required.

You remain calm and focused when managing busy workloads or time-sensitive tasks.

Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE), including reach truck or counterbalance equipment, is beneficial, and relevant licences are welcomed.
