Location: Allenwood, Co. Kildare

Position: Full-Time

Join Our Team

Keogh Tours Ireland is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Manager to join our team at our Allenwood office. This is a key operational role, supporting the day-to-day running of the business while working closely with our Transport & Business Development Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our tour operations.

This position is ideally suited to someone living locally who is looking for a rewarding career without the daily commute to Dublin. Due to our location, applicants must have their own transport.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's booking systems and oversee daily administrative operations.
Work closely with the Transport & Business Development Manager to coordinate business activities and operational planning.
Manage driver schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Book hotels and accommodation for tours and oversee the preparation of customer itineraries and travel information packs.
Assist with accounts administration and bookkeeping duties as required.
Monitor budgets and support cost control across operational activities.
Maintain accurate company records, including compliance documentation, staff training records, and operational files.
Manage office procedures and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Provide leadership and support to office staff while helping to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
Liaise professionally with suppliers, customers, and business partners.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in office management, operations, or administration.
Ideally from a hotel, hospitality, tourism, or travel industry background.
Experienced in managing and supporting people.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced with accounts administration and basic bookkeeping.
Highly proficient across the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Experienced in budget management and operational planning.
Able to work independently while contributing as part of a close-knit management team.
In possession of a full, clean driving licence and their own transport.
