Keogh Tours Ireland is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Manager to join our team at our Allenwood office. This is a key operational role, supporting the day-to-day running of the business while working closely with our Transport & Business Development Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our tour operations.
This position is ideally suited to someone living locally who is looking for a rewarding career without the daily commute to Dublin. Due to our location, applicants must have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's booking systems and oversee daily administrative operations.
- Work closely with the Transport & Business Development Manager to coordinate business activities and operational planning.
- Manage driver schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Book hotels and accommodation for tours and oversee the preparation of customer itineraries and travel information packs.
- Assist with accounts administration and bookkeeping duties as required.
- Monitor budgets and support cost control across operational activities.
- Maintain accurate company records, including compliance documentation, staff training records, and operational files.
- Manage office procedures and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Provide leadership and support to office staff while helping to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
- Liaise professionally with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in office management, operations, or administration.
- Ideally from a hotel, hospitality, tourism, or travel industry background.
- Experienced in managing and supporting people.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced with accounts administration and basic bookkeeping.
- Highly proficient across the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Experienced in budget management and operational planning.
- Able to work independently while contributing as part of a close-knit management team.
- In possession of a full, clean driving licence and their own transport.
