We are currently inviting applications for a part time Spa Assistant with Receptionist duties in Easanna Wellness Spa at Sheen Falls Lodge.

Scope General Purpose of Job:

To welcome guests / members to the Health Spa and ensure that all areas are maintained to a clean and hygienic standard.
Monitor sauna, steam-room, pool jacuzzi and all other areas to ensure that the hygiene and safety standards are met.
Perform reception duties and administrative duties as required.
Be proficient in pool testing and basic maintenance including the adding of chlorine and backwashing.
Be capable and efficient in the responding of emails and phone calls, and be familiar with the scope of our reservations system.
To transport and maintain a steady level of towels and robes in the spa at all times.

Candidate Profile:

Local knowlage is an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role in a busy 5* star Hotel/Health Club/office environment.
Must possess excellent guest service skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have fluent English both oral and written and full legal status to work in Ireland.

The successful candidate will be part of the leisure club and spa team and be responsible for pool and plant hygiene and maintenance, reception duties, and the health and safety and cleaning standards of Club Sheen.

This is an all-year position and is on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.
