Full job description

Bambino is looking for a passionate and motivated Sous Chef to join our Central Production Unit in Phibsborough, Dublin 7. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the Head Chef to oversee daily production, maintain exceptional food quality, and support the development of the kitchen team.

Our Central Production Unit is responsible for producing the dough, sauces, toppings and ingredients that supply all locations. As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring every product leaving our kitchen meets the standards our customers expect.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a busy kitchen or food production environment.
Previous experience supervising or leading a kitchen team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety and kitchen operations.
A calm and positive approach under pressure.
Passion for producing consistently high-quality food.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards every day.

Requirements

This is a full-time position.
Applicants must have valid permission to work full-time in Ireland (appropriate visa or work permit where applicable).

Pay: €18.00 per hour
