About Biddo's
Biddo's Street Food is a fast-growing Tex-Mex and birria street food brand expanding across Leinster — trailers, catering, and now our first in-store deli counter at Eurospar Meakstown. This is a ground-floor role in a business that's opening new sites every few months, with real room to grow into bigger roles as we expand.
The Role
You'll run our deli counter at Eurospar Meakstown as your own operation. This is a solo-operator role: you own the counter end to end — prep, cooking, service, cleanliness, stock, and standards. You'll be fully trained in the Biddo's menu and systems during onboarding, then trusted to run the site independently to our spec.
What You'll Do
- Run the counter's daily operation solo: opening, prep, service, and close-down
- Cook and serve the Biddo's menu to spec, at pace, during busy periods
- Own food safety and HACCP compliance — temperature checks, records, and hygiene standards
- Manage stock: daily counts, ordering, rotation, and waste control
- Keep the counter presentation at brand standard at all times
- Report daily sales, stock, and issues to the owner
- Represent the Biddo's brand — friendly, fast, consistent service that brings customers back
What You'll Need
- Culinary experience — you've worked a real kitchen or food counter at pace (required)
- Comfortable running a site independently — you don't need someone standing over you (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Reliable transportation to Meakstown, Dublin 11 (required)
- Available Wednesday to Sunday, with potential for more hours over time (required)
- Food safety / HACCP training an advantage — full training provided if not

Pay: €15.00-€19.00 per hour
