General Information

Position: Trust & Safety Agent - Canada Market

Location: Fully onsite: Dublin 2/ Dublin 4

Contract: Full-time - 40 hours per week

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 6 PM (Candidates need to be open to 24/7 rotational shifts (morning, evening and night shifts); Including weekends and Bank holidays)

We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of the Canadian market, including business practices, customer expectations, industry trends, and cultural context. This knowledge may have been gained through professional experience, education, or significant personal experience within Canada. If you are required to work a night shift as part of this , you are obliged to complete a night worker health assessment. Please note that it is a requirement of your continued employment, that you are fit to work night shifts.

You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the , the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this , individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. We care for the health and well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform their responsibilities. Active participation in Accenture’s well-being support program, designed specifically for the Trust & Safety community, provides valuable skills to promote individual and collective well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review, classify and or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
Serve as an advocate for the user community
Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the
Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe

Basic Qualifications:

Language(s) Required: As part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. You will be advised of the level you are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.
