Meet the team:
The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right team to support the stand up of manufacturing in our Ireland factory.

Working as a Production Team Lead (MA 4) on the lines at Dexcom can be a rewarding role and a gateway to development within the medical devices industry. Our production takes place predominantly in a cleanroom environment and the roles will interact with semi-automated and fully automated lines. You will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 Operation) and ensuring the highest quality product reaches our customers
We are looking to establish a culture of attention to detail, compliance with quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Associate 4 (Production Team Leader) – in this role you will act as a liaison between Manufacturing Associates and the Manufacturing Supervisors.

Front End Day Shift
12-hour shift (7am – 7pm)

Every Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays

Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule

Where you come in:

You will direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the manufacturing operations.
You will inspect work of MA’s and keep documentations of yields and reject data.
You will act as liaison between operator and supervisor/manager.
You will execute agreed upon production plans and yields within designated area of production.
You will assist supervisor/manager in scheduling resources and equipment and conduct document training.
You will ensure on-time equipment maintenance and calibration.
You will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations to FDA, ISO, etc.
You will interact with cross-functional departments, such as Quality , Engineering, and Planning, to resolve issues associated with quality, equipment, manufacturing systems, etc.
You will monitor progress, address challenges, and support team members in achieving deadlines and delivering quality work.
You will encourage collaboration, foster a positive working environment, and resolve conflicts constructively.
You will identify opportunities for professional development and coach team members to help them grow in their roles.

You have previous Team Lead experience (an advantage)
You demonstrate strong computer literacy
You are mechanically minded with strong problem-solving ability
You have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
You have strong communication skills
You have experience in training and knowledge transfer
You demonstrate a high level of dexterity and attention to detail
You are eligible to work in Ireland
You are reliable and punctual, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently
You have the ability to work on complex tasks independently and collaboratively

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related medical device &cleanroom experience and a minimum of a level 6 diploma/certificate or equivalent.
