Your Role

Development track: Progress your professional exams while building month-end ownership and technical strength — with scope to take on more responsibility as you develop towards qualification.
Manage day-to-day invoicing, collections and query resolution on assigned customer accounts in a timely manner in order to support accurate, effective and timely monthly management accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts to ensure clean aged debt reports and the preparation of bank reconciliations.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and cash collection is expedited.
Assist with the monthly Record to Report cycle, including preparation and posting of general ledger journals with appropriate supporting notes and explanations.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience and are committed to completing a training contract and completing all their Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) professional exams.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and commitment to excellence.
A values-driven growth mindset, solutions focused professional who cares about social impact.
Experience of working in a finance team, shared service environment or not-for-profit organisation is desirable but not essential.
