Your Job:

Manage all hotel purchasing and procurement activities.
Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
Purchase food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, office supplies, and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with department heads.
Ensure purchases meet quality standards and budget requirements.
Track and control purchasing costs to maximize savings.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with Finance to reconcile invoices and process payments.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Work closely with Executive Chef, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
Manage stock control and conduct regular inventory audits.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to avoid operational disruptions.
Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing environmentally responsible products where possible.

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience as a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager, or Buyer, ideally within hospitality.
Knowledge of hotel operations and procurement processes.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Excellent analytical and budgeting skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/ERP software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of food safety and supplier compliance standards is an advantage
