Full job description

About the job

· The role we are looking to fill is that of Business Operations & Compliance Administrator for the Fleet, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

· The role will involve assisting the Operations Manager manage the Commercial Fleet nationwide.

· All vehicles must be maintained to the highest of standards and are fully compliant with RSA requirements. This will involve ensuring all vehicles are Serviced, Taxed, CVRT, certified for Tail lifts ( every 6 months ) and fridges are calibrated every 12 months and scheduled in for repairs when needed.

· The role of Operations & Compliance Administrator will ensure they work closely and communicate with the foreman in the garage to schedule work on a daily basis to meet the demands of the job and ensure work is completed to the highest of standards

· Ordering parts from suppliers for any work required on vehicles and liasing with accounts to ensure these parts are put on job sheets and billing of vehicles for chargeable work is processed when work is complete.

· Ensuring all jobs sheets are closed on a daily basis as jobs are complete and invoiced to customer.

· Liase with customers on a daily basis to ensure no issues with fleet and all issues on daily defect lists are resolved in a timely manner.

· Resolving issues with accounts and escalating issues to Operations Manager/Director where necessary and working together to resolve

· Report to Operations Manager on a monthly basis to ensure all targets and KPI’s are being met and drive change where necessary.

· Ensure Contracts are in place for all customers for all vehicles and liase with accounts people to ensure that billing of vehicles is correct.

· Other ad hoc duties where necessary

Skills

· The individual should be a graduate in Business , logistics or similar discipline, a self-starter, conscientious, dedicated, very organised, efficient, excellent team player, and be decisive and confident to make decisions on their own.

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent computer skills and willing to use GDS / Sage where necessary / Outlook, word, excel.

· Excellent Telephone manner

Drivers License an advantage

· Have an interest in getting to know the operations side of a business

· Motor industry experience an advantage but not necessary.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
