About the role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, and London HQ, on analysing and defining the banking strategy for Revolut in Ireland
Defining playbooks and processes for hyper-growth
Managing and developing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
Identifying and developing key banking products and features, as well as operational and growth opportunities

What you'll need

3+ years of experience
A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities or won competition awards (can be any academic, professional, and/or sport)
The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
To enjoy working with data
To be curious by nature and interested in making an impact

Nice to have

Experience with data tools, such as SQL or Excel
