Overview:

As an Associate Director at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

As Associate Director (Cost Management), you will be involved in:

Leading a cost management team in the commercial and residential sector, ensuring that you deliver a high-quality service to our clients (Pre Contract and Post Contract).
Reviewing and signing off on service deliverables prior to issuance to clients & maintain a high level of quality control.
Client facing roles including managing & maintaining strong client relationships.
Using your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
Overseeing key strategic client projects.
Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities
Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities
Staff management – inputting into the formal management of staff and recruitment interviews
Undertaking staff performance reviews
Participating in Bid proposals including drafting resource schedules and utilizing the company’s financial tools in preparing fee quotations.
Financial management – utilizing the tools provided and keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each project.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have strong cost management experience in a dynamic environment
Have 10+ years pre and post contract experience in the relevant sectors
Have the required competency to client face and lead commercial meetings.
Have the required ability to lead and mentor a team.
Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
Are chartered and ideally a member of the SCSI/ RICS
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
