Experienced in an administrative role within a professional environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while taking initiative and working collaboratively

What type of work will I be doing?

Supporting audit teams and managers throughout various stages of the audit lifecycle
Preparing, issuing, and acquiring letters requesting audit evidence from external third parties
Liaising with audit teams and third parties to resolve queries promptly
Preparing reports, letters, and other documents including branding, proofreading, and formatting
Providing audit-specific administrative support as required
Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within the DDC
Embracing flexible and remote working techniques to support efficient service delivery
