As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented people to join our Sales Development team. You'll engage with senior decision-makers including CHROs, CIOs and Internal Communications leaders at some of the world's leading organisations, creating opportunities that drive our continued success.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified sales opportunities through professional outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities.
Research prospective customers and conduct discovery conversations to understand their challenges and business priorities.
Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
Represent the Workvivo brand with professionalism, energy and curiosity.
Develop your sales skills through our structured SDR Academy, combining onboarding, coaching, certification and continuous learning.

What we're looking for

Have experience in a customer-facing role where you've built strong relationships and delivered great customer experiences.
Be an excellent communicator who is confident speaking with new people every day.
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
Hardworking, resilient and motivated by achieving ambitious goals, with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve.
Someone who is curious, coachable and adaptable, with the confidence to embrace feedback and quickly learn new technologies and sales tools.
Be eager to build a successful long-term career in technology sales.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

€52,800.00

Maximum:

€79,200.00
