Our award-winning Toyota dealership is seeking an exceptional Commercial Brand Manager to lead the continued growth and success of our Toyota Professional business.

We're looking for a commercially driven, ambitious individual with proven B2B experience who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships, and delivering results.

Someone who enjoys meeting business owners, understanding their challenges, developing solutions, and creating long-term partnerships that deliver mutual success.

As the driving force behind our Toyota Professional operation, you'll take ownership of a significant growth opportunity, developing relationships with SMEs, fleet operators, corporate clients, and local businesses while helping shape the future success of one of the region's most respected Toyota dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the growth and profitability of our Toyota Professional business.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase market share and commercial performance.
Build strong relationships with SMEs, fleet operators, corporate organisations, and local businesses.
Identify, develop, and secure new B2B opportunities across the region.
Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of commercial prospects through networking, relationship building, and proactive business development.
Represent the Toyota Professional brand within the local business community.
Work closely with sales, aftersales, and senior management teams to maximise customer retention and lifetime value.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that strengthen loyalty and generate referrals.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure Toyota Professional standards are consistently delivered across every customer interaction.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven success in a B2B sales, business development, account management, commercial management, or similar role.
A track record of generating new business opportunities and delivering commercial growth.
