Customer Retention Sales Executive

Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 | (Hybrid working after probation)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: €32,000 starting salary, increasing to €34,000 after successful probation

On-Target Earnings: €49,000+ with uncapped commission

The right person for this job will have the ability to understand and explain data insights to help customers save money by making the best use of our services.

This role comes exciting opportunities to progress into Senior Executive, Mentor and Team Leader positions as we continue to expand the team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls from customers who are looking for a better energy offer.

Use data insights to understand each customer's needs and recommend the most suitable solution.

Build friendly customer relationships in order to minimise customer churn
Support with mentoring and coaching for our junior sales team as you progress within the business.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer churn.
Provide valuable customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Who We Are Looking For

Have previous experience in sales, outbound calls, retention or a call-centre/customer service environment.
Have excellent communication and listening skills.
Be confident speaking with customers and building rapport quickly.
Be comfortable handling objections
Be motivated by targets, KPIs and achieving strong results.
Be resilient and able to stay positive in a performance-driven environment.
Have a strong work ethic and take ownership of their performance.
Be coachable, open to feedback and eager to improve.
Work well as part of a team while also being accountable for individual results.

Full training, coaching and ongoing support will be provided to help successful candidates develop further in the role
