WordPress Developer: Elementor + Full-Stack Experience
The Role
Reverb Factory is an elite, fast-moving marketing agency for B2B brands that refuse to be generic. We work across strategy, brand, content, campaigns and digital execution—often in categories where the work has every excuse to become predictable. We don’t build websites as polished placeholders. We build them as living expressions of the brand: clear, useful, fast and designed to move the business forward.
We have the clients and the momentum. What we need is an Ireland-based WordPress Developer who can move confidently between the front end people see and the back end that keeps everything stable. You should be fluent in Elementor, comfortable in code and able to take a site from approved design through launch and ongoing support without needing every step mapped out for you.
For larger or technically more complex websites, we work with a dedicated web development partner to add capacity, bring in specialized expertise and accelerate delivery. In those cases, you’ll work alongside the partner as part of an extended team to help translate agency and client requirements, coordinate execution and protect the quality of the final build.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Elementor Builds: Building responsive WordPress marketing websites in Elementor using global styles, reusable components and clean page structures that make future updates easier.
● Front-End Precision: Translating approved designs and creative direction into polished experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile. The design should survive development—not merely resemble it from a distance.
● Back-End Ownership: Handling WordPress configuration, themes, child themes, plugins, forms, integrations, user roles, databases and light custom development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
● Hosting & Deployment: Working across AWS, SiteGround, HostGator and GoDaddy; setting up staging and production environments; configuring domains, DNS, SSL, backups and migrations; and managing reliable launches.
● Maintenance & Reliability: Updating WordPress core, themes and plugins; diagnosing conflicts and errors; monitoring performance, security and uptime; and keeping recovery plans current.
● Quality Control: Testing responsive behavior, forms, links, browser compatibility, page speed, accessibility fundamentals and visual fidelity before work reaches a client or a live site.
● Extended-Team Collaboration: Working with our development partner on larger builds and coordinating requirements, handoffs, integrations, quality control and delivery without losing the agency’s creative intent along the way.
● Clear Communication: Collaborating with designers, copywriters, marketers and project managers while communicating risks, dependencies, estimates and status before they become surprises.
Who You Are
● A Full-Stack WordPress Operator: You have at least five years of hands-on WordPress experience spanning both front-end execution and back-end problem-solving.
● An Elementor Specialist: You have strong, demonstrable Elementor experience and a portfolio of live sites that shows responsive execution, design fidelity and sound technical judgment. This is a core requirement, not a bonus.
● Technically Fluent: You understand WordPress architecture, themes, hooks, custom post types, PHP and MySQL, and you have strong HTML and CSS skills with practical JavaScript ability.
● Platform-Agnostic: You can move confidently across AWS, SiteGround, HostGator and GoDaddy, including staging environments, DNS, migrations, backups, security and performance optimization.
● A Design-Aware Builder: You may not be a designer, but you can see when spacing, hierarchy, typography or responsive behavior is wrong—and you care enough to fix it.
● Self-Sufficient: You can manage several client websites, test your own work rigorously and keep projects moving without constant supervision or hand-holding.
● An AI-Directed Developer: You use AI to strengthen development and quality control, not simply to generate code. You understand what it produces, question weak output and remain accountable for every implementation decision.
● Ireland-Based: You are currently based in Ireland, legally entitled to work there and able to provide reliable overlap during agreed U.S. Central Time business hours.
The Reality: AI-Centric, Human-Led
AI is part of our operating model, but it is not a vending machine—and it is not a substitute for knowing how a website works. We use it to move faster, expose problems earlier, reduce repetitive production work and raise the quality of what the team can deliver.
We expect you to use AI appropriately for code scaffolding, debugging, documentation, test planning and workflow improvement, including native applications and agent-based tools inside hosting environments. We also expect you to review permissions and recommendations, understand and test the code, and complete your own browser, device, performance, accessibility and security validation. AI can accelerate the work. It does not own the final answer—you do.
The Agency: High Ambition, Low Bureaucracy
Let’s be brutally honest: We aren’t a global holding company with endless layers, bloated overhead or a meeting for the meeting about the meeting. We are a lean, high-velocity team doing big-agency work at startup speed. If you need a rigid process for every decision or three approvals before fixing an obvious problem, we probably aren’t the fit.
What we offer is a trade. We’ve removed much of the bureaucracy tax and replaced it with real ownership, direct access to the people making decisions and the opportunity to help shape how a growing agency builds and manages its digital work. You won’t be a ticket-taker waiting at the end of the creative process. You’ll be part of the team responsible for making the idea real.
The Long Game
● Team Integration: We are looking for more than a one-off freelancer. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to scale into a full-time, full-fledged position on the Reverb Factory team.
● Growing Influence: The right developer will have room to improve our standards, templates, QA systems and technical workflows—not simply complete the next website in the queue.
Why Reverb Factory?
You won’t find a Reverb Factory website or a polished Instagram feed. We don’t exist for the public; we exist for our clients. We operate in stealth mode because our work speaks for itself where it matters most—in the market. If you need a company handbook and a ‘Meet the Team’ page to feel secure, this isn’t the right fit. If you want to be part of the reason we eventually do need a website, let’s talk.
We’re a small, elite team doing ambitious work without the political layers of a massive firm. If you want to get in on the ground floor, influence the direction of a growing agency and build digital experiences that carry real creative and commercial weight, we want to talk.
How to Apply
We value your time, so skip the cover letter. Send your CV and portfolio, then answer these three questions:
1. The Elementor Portfolio: Which two or three live Elementor websites best represent your work? What did you personally own on the front end and back end?
2. The Technical Rescue: Tell us about a difficult WordPress, hosting or performance problem you diagnosed and solved. How did you find the real cause, and what did you change?
3. AI with Judgment: Give us one example of how you used AI—or a native hosting agent—to improve development speed or quality control. How did you validate the output before it affected production?
Please also confirm that you are based in Ireland, legally entitled to work there and available for the required U.S. Central Time overlap.
