The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is a landmark 4-star hotel with an unbeatable location in the heart of the medieval city, overlooking the historic Kilkenny Castle and the vibrant streets of the iconic Marble City.

Role and Responsibilities:

Providing excellent service to guests and members at all times
Adhering to company Brand Standards
Ensuring smooth completion of Leisure Club Tasks
Check-in and check-out of guests and members
Cleaning Duties
Dealing with guest and members queries
Processing payments and cash handling

Candidate Requirements:

An individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer care
The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detail
Organisational and Administrative Skills
Flexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday period
