The Role
As a Parts Advisor within our Aftersales Department at Audi Kilkenny, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business. You will support our workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers by ensuring the efficient identification, supply, and management of vehicle parts.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience to ensure parts are available when required and that the department operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately identify and supply parts to trade and retail customers

Manage stock levels, including goods in/out and inventory control

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy

Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available in a timely manner

Handle customer enquiries professionally, both face-to-face, over the phone, and online

Process parts orders and ensure customer and workshop requirements are met efficiently

Maintain a clean, organised, efficient, and compliant parts department

Develop strong product knowledge across Audi parts and accessories

Work closely with colleagues across the Aftersales Department to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, trade counter, stores, or similar fast-paced environment

Previous automotive or parts experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full training and development will be provided.
