Position Description:
Are you highly organised, ambitious and looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Group Operations Coordinator to join our Head Office team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Snap, one of Ireland's leading design, print and signage businesses.
This isn't your typical administration role. You'll work directly alongside our Head of Operations, gaining hands-on experience across every aspect of a multi-site business, from sales (e.g. processes & reporting), operational (e.g. compliance, processes, business process improvement & projects), HR (e.g. processes, records, recruitment, employee support).
You'll build relationships with managers across the country, take ownership of important projects and develop a broad commercial understanding of how a successful business operates. About The Role
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day operational support to the Head of Operations across a wide range of business activities.

Act as a champion for the Group's business systems, including CRM and Business Management System, driving continuous improvement and best practice across the group.

Generate the weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuring information is accurate, complete and shared on time.

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, preparing offers and onboarding new employees.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring documentation is compliant and up to date.

Coordinate operational projects, following up on actions and ensuring deadlines are achieved.

Prepare reports, dashboards and business information to support operational decision-making.

Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes across the business.

Support Franchisees, General Managers and Centre Managers with operational, HR and administrative queries, providing a high level of customer service.

Coordinate training records, compliance activities and ISO administration.Support sales teams and Account Managers in retention of existing clients. Drive consistent weekly customer meetings (a Calendar invite with agenda sent directly to the customer in advance). All meeting notes and opportunities identified to be updated in the CRM end of each day, which should include a brief summary note, actions and timeline to convert opportunity.

Required Criteria

Previous experience in an Administration, Operations, HR, Customer service, Office coordination or Business support role.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships across all levels of the business

Desired Criteria

Experience in the Print industry is desirable but not essential: Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
